At the grocery store I work at, we have a small section at the front of the store where we make popcorn. For the longest time I was in charge of that and was the only one who knew how to do it. As time went on, it became more difficult to find good times to do it without leaving my team to fend for themselves. It became more of a burden than the fun time it used to be.

To help with this, management asked me train more people. Because they knew my design background, they asked if I would create some recipe designs for the major flavors I would make, highlighting every step in great detail. Now, we have a rotating group of employees who are fully trained. The popcorn station is now more efficient, stressful, and adaptive. Anyone who wishes to learn is now able to.
